To make the guarantee effective, you must present the payment slip (invoice) and the product will be subject to a technical diagnosis.
All requests will be dealt with in a maximum time of fifteen (15) business days after receipt; For this reason, you must take into account that the product will undergo a technical diagnosis and its repair (if applicable). The repair process will be carried out within thirty (30) business days from the day following receipt of the request.
If the product warranty is appropriate, the defects of the good will be repaired, free of charge, and the required spare parts will be supplied in a timely manner. If the product cannot be repaired, the price paid will be refunded or the product exchanged.
If the product is in a different place from the purchase, the customer must bear the transportation costs to make the guarantee effective.
If the failure is repeated at the choice of the consumer, a new repair will be made, the price paid will be refunded or the product will be exchanged for another of the same category, with similar characteristics or technical specifications.
The guarantee will not apply if the diagnosis issued is:
-There was force majeure or fortuitous event.
A third party was involved in the incident.
-Improper use of the good by the consumer.
-That the consumer did not comply with the instructions for installation or use.
-Once the term of the legal guarantee expires, the client must assume the payment of any revision, diagnosis, repair and/or spare part that the good requires.
