Dixton does not commit to specific delivery times. The order will arrive at the place of residence depending on the carrier assigned to it.
The merchandise will be delivered to the address indicated by the user. In the case of closed complexes or horizontal properties in which entry is not allowed, it will be delivered to the porter's office.
It is the client's obligation to check the merchandise as soon as it arrives and notify the carrier of the receipt status. If it arrives in poor condition, it will not be possible to receive it.
Changes of products on orders designed, cut or made to measure or under particular specifications will not be accepted.
