To make the return effective, you must present the payment slip (invoice). After one (1) business day has passed with the order, returns will not be accepted.
If you are going to make a return within the time allowed, the customer must assume the shipping and return transportation costs to make the return effective.
The product must be in conditions suitable for sale (in the original packaging and with all its parts).
The maximum period to request the change of products will be one (1) business day from the date of delivery of the order.
You can make the return at any of our warehouses.
Changes or returns of products designed, cut or made to measure, under particular specifications or acquired through redemption of points will not be accepted.
The return will be made by repairing or replacing the product.
